The shiny new Event Plan-It logo!
Sometimes you need to throw a party, just because. That’s what we did here at Event Plan-It to celebrate a new logo, brand design, web site and blog!
It’s true that I’m a tiny bit too excited about having a blog, but it means that now I can share more wedding and event planning ideas, details, and tips with all of you! So in honor of all the new possibilities, I designed a styled photo shoot like a milestone event that celebrates a life change – a baby shower, bridal shower, or graduation party, for example.
A quick shout out to the awesome Event Plan-It Spring Interns for their help – Thank you Jessica Buck, Krysta Franz, and Jordan Roberts!
Without further ado, It’s A Blog!
Our color palette was black and white (stripes) with pink, accented by gold metallic and a pop of red. (Inspired by the new Event Plan-It logo!)
Roses make for a perfectly unexpected natural element against the black and white striped backdrop, glass table, and metallic beverage tubs.
No event would be complete without some noms! Here we offered bright pink cupcakes, a mini candy “bar”, prosecco, and soda for inspiration.
About Event Plan-It
Event Plan-It is inspired by trends in home decor, fashion, and of course the wedding and events industry, but also by Scandinavian design, bright colors, fine and folk art, mid-century modern design and decor, minimalism, sustainability, homemade and artisan wares, Mother Nature, and vintage everything.
I’d love to work with you to design and plan your next party or milestone event!
What inspires you? What elements would you like to see in my next styled shoot?
